I have an 97 prelude and i plan on rebuilding the engine ... replacing all internals and everything and i just wanted to ask for an experts advice... what would be the best things to buy for my engine..

okay yea there is a h23 vtec but u gotta pretty much make it vtec urself.... but yea can someone tell me what would be better an h23 vtec or an h22 and for both engines would it be better to go all engine or to turbo it?

Basically i wanna know what is better for an H22 ... to bore it out and go all engine or to go with the turbo? and same question for h23 vtec?.. and if anyone has any feed back on the h22 vs. the h23 vtec and their opinion on whats better lemme know?
