    PCT is CTR. If you're not wanting that high of compression, I'd go with ITR pistons. He was talking about skunk2 camshafts.

    Find out what the CEL is. That will tell you the problem.

    If you can find an ITR head, I'd get that over a B16. Might aswell since like you said, most people upgrade the valvetrain anyway.
