thanks for the reply. after we ran it to smooth it out a lil we did a compression test. cylinder 1 and 4 had lower compression around 40-50 i think when the other two were 90 plus. we also got blow back from the pvc hole which someone told me that would be from the gasket or another valve. so...
i got the valve changed and everything and new water pump and timing belt on. i cant seen to put enough tension on the tensioner to lock it in place so the belt stays tight with tension. as soon as i seen the tension get loose i turned the car off but the other news is i think i set my timing...
