I had the same problem with practically the same swap. I checked everything sparkplugs, injectors... and all the basic things. I was also getting the code 16 so I looked up a wire diagram of the injector system. That black and yellow wire went to the alternator. Hope that gets it going for...

Yank the wet ecu let it dry out for a while and it still might work..... If you are doing a swap get the ecu after you swap the motor and generally the tranny will come with the motor. IF I had that car... ... Strip the hell out of it.... roll cage, one seat. Dart 2.0L block, ITR Head...
