Can it be the mount kit is causing a groung loop in the car not allowing the engine to engauge vetc? The rear mount from ENJO doesnt fit right and alows the tranny bracket to hit the sub-frame ( metal to metal)

the only way you know for sure is to get a frt clip with the odometer in it. Alot of older civic's and crxs will have 80-120 km or 60-70miles on them when shipped over. How do they even know for sure?

Yes they are differnat. If you want to put that tranny in your ride a mount is needed.
