that if ur car is a 10 second car and one day u take it around the block would it loose control.....as in when u step on the gas a little will it take off and loose control on the street..
oh and even though im not going turbo i had a question.......here it go's...... my buddy that ran high 9's at palmdales drag strip would drive it near the track on pump gas then drain it all and put racing gas in it and ive seen them do it at street races so people see him drive it in they dont...
thanks funny (mother trucker) well i hope i shift good enough with my car to make some good times anyways because with all that power if you cant shift then its useless..... so im hopoing since i drive a 10speed turbocharged deisel that i can power shift like mad:>
u think i can have a 10 track car???? high high high high hopes but if not with the best scenario how fast and how much hp can i make done right?????and do u think i need to make it 2.0 or stay at 1.8?

i am also married and gonna buy a house in the next three months and thats y im building the block this year and the head next year and so on but will the motor take it? if i race with a built block and stock head? or will it blow? do i need to build it all at once ? and i want high compression...
:driver2: thank you but i have made up my mind that i will build this car all motor..... im not gonna drive this daily, strictly track but would i be able to drive to the track kick ass and drive home? and i plan to build by the end of the year the bloock at least 15grand and next year 10 on...
well can u give me some insight on what to do???? to be honest ive been back and forth for the past 2years should i turbo or go na???? and i love the sound of turbo and the rediculous hp u can get, but for some reason i want to see what i can do with na but if u guys can give me some insight on...
its a track car maybe driven on weekends at most and its in a 97 gsr body and the motor is a jdm gsr ive thought a lot about turbo but really want n/a....i know a guy from honda fiend that has a hatch all motor low 10's serious but i would like turbo but just thinking thats a shit load of more...
