    ZC swap - what should I do here?

    Hi, All - I'm finishing part swapping on my ZC engine swap for my '91 EF. This component on the back side of the intake manifold has me stymied at the moment. Obviously, what was there before didn't need two bolts. The center hole is open to the manifold. I'm not well enough versed in Honda...
