Hi I have a 92 hatchback with a JDM B16a with the stock exhaust manifold and a Rs*R catback exhaust and i need a catalytic converter, i want to keep my car as quiet as possible. So i would like to find out from which car should i get a catalytic converter... thanks for any help

Replaced the fuel pump fixed the problem. :)

Thank you, i believe that the problem is the fuel because this morning when i first tried to start it nothing the engine just turns over after letting the key in on position for a while the car seemed to want to start I feel like it would have started but I had to go to work.

What is the stock fuel pressure?

I replaced the fuel filter 8 weeks ago forgot to mention that. I took out the fuel pump and it looked new as well, the filter was as white as rice, I only had the car about three months so i'm guessing that the pump was replaced there was fuel pressure at the filter when i took the 12mm bolt out...

If you use a b18 block with a b20 head, wouldn't this lower compression? I know that if you use b16 head on a b18 you increase compression which gives more power, if you go the other way my guess is that you will loose power.

I bought a brand new distributor from ebay and i have the same problem, if someone could shed some light into this, it would be appreciated.

If the timing was off there is a large possibility you have done some damage to the internals of the head. If the timing is not right its possible that your piston has hit the valve and bent it. You should do a compression test. don't know the specs of the top of my head but haynes manual for...
