    It's not. 98 Spec R is obd2. What would I need to convert it to obd1? I already have the odb1 gsr harness obviously.

    Hey, I want to put a JDM B18C Spec R motor into my 1994 GSR. My car is OBD1. Can I keep it that way with the new motor and still have the correct redline? Is it just plug and play. I am looking to buy it from hmotorsonline.
