I already went and got a different ecu, and same dealio, And yes it is a D16y8, sorry forgot to throw that out there. And i just replaced the knock sensor, broke both them on both engines trying to take off, very brittle, but replaced, ive gone over it many times these last couple weeks, started...

Its a 1996 honda civic ex, It just all of a sudden went from running fine to misfiring like crazy... I noticed that the cat was glowing red... So what I've done, got a new cat, new o2 sensors, same codes, which are po301,po303,po304,po1300, So bugging me i went ahead and got new plugs, wires...

i have a 94 dx and the tranny is gone my friend has a 96 ex tranny.. but i noticed mine has 3 wires on the tranny but the 96 ex has 2 wires .. what do i do.

on ebay there is one for $50

will the wiring line up. the car is a 96 ex obd2a and the motor i want to get is a obd2b i think, atleast thats what he told me, is this true, and is it an easy fix to wire in. some one said the obd2b had an extra senser.

im just wonding is there any way to re wire or buy a kit for those to extra senser. and what about the distribitor is it ok bolted down in two spots out of the three.
