    Hello all, Got a problem on my honda civic 94 ex d16z9 M/T. Car is stock. On high RPM revs (5k and further) while throttle is fully opened, there's a high pitch whining sound (like sucking/pushing air through a tiny hole) comes from the car. I don't really know where it comes from...

    if i'll take 195/50 tires, the overall radius of the wheel will be smaller. Is that ok?

    Hey all, I have a civic eg 94 with original rims 14" and 175/65 tires on. The road handling on this car isn't that good so, will changing the rims to 15" and 195/55 tires make any difference to the handling?
