Im pretty damn sure in saying all the cam gears are the same on the b series. All stamped pr3. Same with the b16 and type r heads ( other b series heads not sure on ) all the same casting but then modified by honda ( type r )

So yeah was looking at my car ( from the inside )earlier, and realised the garage i used to have my bodywork sorted, Have spot welded ( about 10 spot welds at a guess) the rear arch on ( well its almost a complete rear quarter actually ) and then gone over it with bondo. Surely thats wrong...

Ok i can get a toda type 2, 4-2-1 header for like $1000 second hand ( parts like this are expensive in the uk ! ) are these worth the $$ ? or is there something that will give me the same sort of gains ( or better , im mainly after 7000rpm-9500rpm ) ? this will be for a b16 running high...

yeah ive sen ffsquad now thanks. right ctr pistons it is then. i can get stock honda ones or some aftermarket oem ones. do you think there would be much difference? the only thing that i was curious about is the angle of valves on the head - 60 on the ctr head vs 45 on b16a head.
