i/h/e = intake header exhaust.... i have a small t3 and its max out at 18psi.. it can go a lil higher but pointless.. but psi doesnt really mean anything.. just depends on ur setup that u have.
depends on how much money u got... ive got pistons and rods and a stock d15b vtec head. with a turbo setup and im at 233whp and 220 torque. and im taking it back to my tuner monday and i should b around 350-400whp... but thats been a lot of money.. but doing i/h/e would b a start
i had a blown gasket and my boost went through the roof. it was popping like a back fire. it felt a lil faster but just didnt seem right. so i went back to the garage and turn the boost down til i got it back to my tuner. but if i were to let it go and keep gettin on it i would of broke...
