    Hydraulic transmission

    As some of you know, I'm new to the Honda gig. What is a "hydraulic transmission?" I'm assuming it is hydraulically shifted. If this is the case, is it better than a linkage shift transmission, and will it adapt easily into my 92 lude? Thanks, Russ <><
