    99 Dx Hatch - SiRII OBD1 ?

    I am considering purchasing a 99 DX hatchback with a B16 SiRII swap in it. The guy used an ex harness to do it. Its OBD1. Could someone tell me if this is a good swap or not, a dumb thing to do, etc..? I read the swap articles but I couldnt really understand some of it.
