    swapped D16Z6 in my sol,wont rev over 3 grand

    hey guys/girls i have a 94 honda delsol si.I replaced my D16Z6 and the car won't rev over 3,000 rpms.There isn't a cel and the idle in really rough.Any help would be greats thanks in advance :(
