i have a 91 crx dx with a b16a motor swap. i have looked unbeleiveably hard to find a way to delete or bypass the speed limiter or governer. i cant find any thing. should i get a new ecu a hondata or what. need it to be cheap! around $250 to $300. please help sorry if there are more threads...
