ok i think i know someone with a hoist and hes an experienced mechanic. do i need to get a shiftlinkage and some new axels or does that site offer them and do i need them?

so i just need to worry about getting the engine and getting it into my car and running prop. before i do anything? and also is it a job i can do, if i have the right equipment? is there any kind of book i can go by if i do do it myself?
