So today at lunch I was bored, hooked up my stock p28 ex ecu, no cel, vtec worked, so I took the vtec pressure switch off of my d16, tap and drilled it into the vtec solenoid plate and used my p72 and everything works now, so you can lock this thread i guess. thanks

I think its teh solenoid under the intake manifold on the drivers side, its got 2 wires a black wire and a red wire with a blue strip. i think thats it

I bought just a b18c motor and trans, not a whole front clip and i found the 2 (the back trans mount, the right front trans mount) of the mounts i needed on ebay. if that helps. I've seen the ac bracket on there recently.

Sounds to me likes its coming from your intake too, but i've never heard a intake that has a high pitch whislte noise and certian rpms. by whistle i mean like a pinhole in an exhaust and it has that stupid ass noise like your holding a peice of paper tight between your fingers and your blowing...
