Thanks for the replies. I'm getting pulses out of my oil filler cap...which leads me to believe it's more the rings than valve seals. It could be either, but with the intensity of the pulses, I don't see it all being the valve seals. I could be wrong, though. It's also smoking pretty heavily...

You can try. I have read numerous posts about people who have tried this...but the air fuel mixture will fluctuate rich to lean...due to cross counts of the o2's. I wouldn't try this, but I value a correct air/fuel mixture more than most.

I would stay with this manifold...it'll be pretty tough to make it work another way.

Good luck. If I am not mistaken that engine requires two o2 sensors 1 & 4...and 2 & 3 for it to run correctly. With a 4-1 header...that is going to be pretty tough. Your best bet would be to keep the stock jdm manifold.

Put all of your bolt on things on before you tune. Seems kind of pointless not to. Having it all assymbled before tuning will save you time and money...and it will tune your car with everything...which will produce better results than adding a bolt on after you tune.
