nope it doesn't crank at all, how much do ignition switches cost?

I bought this car for $900 from a frend a month ago, and i still have not gotton it to run. The fuel pump comes on and everthing else works, but dousnt turn over i was wondering if this harness could be the reason why its a 89 crx dx any help would be appreiated.

Whats up every one, new to the site and honda's as well, I recently bought a wrecked 89 crx and I love the thing and its not even running yet. I did have a hyundai accent (dont ever buy one) for a short period of time but I really love honda's so i bought this one for $900...
