i just put one on my b18c and you can use your stock throttle body just make sure you change the gasket both on the intake and throttle body.. and yes theres benefits with all bolt ons especially if oyu plan on doing N/A
you can boost the d16 no problem.. pick up a log manifold and a quick spooling turbo off a older DSM with some blue top injector make plate for oyur mani run your oil lines get a cheap intercooler and oyur all set.. you can boost 10psi no problem on stock internals
get the gsr swap with OBD1 ecu I just did the same swap in my 92 SI and it was simple.. by far the easiest swap oyu can do.. only thing you have to do is run your knock sensor and your IAB and Vtec if oyur car doesnt already have it.. if oyu get the JDMB18c you will have to use your stock wiring...

you can do a pretty cheap turbo set up for like 1000.. get a turbo off a older style dsm and bolt that up to a vx manifold with a adapter plate. then all u need to get a dsm bov and most of the turbos have the internal wastegate.. pick up a cheap intercooler and...
