    d17a2 with tranny into 01 lx auto - what do I need?

    Newbie here... need guidance. Have a 2001 civic lx automatic with d17a1 base engine and trashed tranny. Also own a d17a2 sohc vtec with automatic out of a 2002 civic ex with 4150 miles. Not doing this for performance upgrade, just need to get the car back on the road. I don't have the ex ECU...
