i have a 95 ex with a jdm b16a and it wont start. i have change out plugs, wires, igniton moduel, coil, main relay and still nothing i have spark but thats it. i changed the ecu to the p28 and still nothing what could it be what to get this car up and moving.

I have a 95 civic with a jdm b16 what part/s would ya'll recommend to buy for my car and why? say like a turbo, cam gears(with all internals), etc i already have an exhaust with a cut off but what else was thinking like maybe some pulleys or headers(i know they only have one just a habit)...
