92 civic with jdm d15b. will not rev past 4800 which is when vtec is supposed to kick in. i put a different ecu in where vtec was supposed to kick in a 5800 and thats where it stops reving. both ecu's chipped to not look for an o2 but still throwing o2 code. should i just run it into a wall
my buddy has a p28 so ill ask him. but my ecu worked fine with the z6 before it was chipped. i had it chipped after i put the d15b in but it still wouldnt rev past 4800 before it was chipped
you can get belt and everything for a z6. my buddy did boost on his and was pushing 8 lbs all day. he liked it. it was a pretty fun car. you just dont wanna do too much boost cuz then you have to get internals and noone really makes internals for a d15b
