Did you check what the alternator it's self was puttin out or just the voltage at the battery. If the alternator its self is puting out a weaker charge I would look into what each alternator's factory output spec is on both., if the d16 is the same as your d14, then I'd just get a new alternator...

depending on the type of brake clean you used, you may have ruined the TPS. Some of the cleaners are safe for sensors and some are not. Id check what your TPS is sending back voltage wise through the signal wire and with either an osciloscope or a Multi-meter.

that's an interesting choice to swap. You'll feel the difference in more then just the power, your cars gona handle differently. but yes, your gona feel that extra power. What made you choose to go with the H23?

if your using swap mounts then chances are you don't need it. Specially since most swap mounts are solid Urethane.
