I have a 91 civic that i did a swap on a year ago.. got a zc dohc in it now. ..it is acting wierd now... got a question..does anyone know if a cylinder position sensor will cause hesitation in acceleration or while driving? my ecu is throwing code 9 which says is that??????????????????

just put a zc dohc in my 91 honda civic. first t wouldntturnover then found it wasnt grounded properly. than wouldnt get spark my ecu was nto working...found blownfuse..now it starts but revs uo to 2000. and wont go down. any ideas of what could be causing this to happen? thanks

i just got my zc dohc into my 91 civic. and i have no spark.....my ecu is a pg7 ecu...i have two of them i tried both. the light doesnt come on on them when i turnthe key does this mean my ecu is bad? i have/ tried two..what would cause it not to work if they are good.. can someone help me...
