    bov functionality test?

    i recently bought a jdm blitz off of a rb25. I took the bov apart to clean it up. I noticed the piston seems stuck. My old DSM 1g blow off valve would release if I pressed on it. The piston at the bottem doesnt budge what so ever. Is it even supposed to? Im not very familiar with these. Any help...
