i have an 86 1.5 carb integra and have just bought a d16a1 engine and i am planning to ditch the fuel injection and run R1 bike carbs cuz webers is too expesive. shuld be an easy swap hopefully and just need to know will the gearbox from the d15 fit the d16. also is it possible to get around...

also could i drop the engine in and use the original 1.5 intake for the time being till i can afford the bike carbs, will it work or need other parts to work or is it too small to use. i need to know because my current engine is burning oil like mad and needs to be changed lol.
