i have done plenty of these swaps and never had a problem with not changing anything from the hydraulic side they work great with the factory parts. i would not worry bout that
you would need pedals, clutch master cylinder the clutch line the shifter and linkage
you dont need to cut and weld anything. most of the cars you can see on the fire wall where the clutch master sits in and you just drill the big hole and 2 small holes in the fire wall and install it.

I have a tri-y and a 4-1 the tri y is longer to where it does eliminate the cat and will bolt up to your catback with no issues. the 4-1 does not it keeps the cat. i got a really great price on it as well if you looking for one. let me kno
yea they will fit as long as the rear lower control arms are not the itr arms. if they are just change the lower control arms to the eg or dc arms that use the fork style strut.
for the 4-1 stainless 99 for a uncoated or 149 plus shipping for a ceramic coated black
and for a tri y b-series i can do it for 179 for a uncoated and 229 plus shipping for a ceramic coated black header. these are 100% 304 stainless steel and good quality not the cheap chineese crap. and...
