    99 B18B into a 97 HB: do i have the right ecu?

    i just want to know if indeed I am running the right year ecu for this. i have been debating if this is what a 99B18B ECU looks like or should it be an OBD2B format ABC(i think) please notice the format ACD! i tried doing the 2 step i acv fix but i keep on blowing the FI fuse under the hood...
