I bought a paid of the old school aem cam gears from a friend and one of the allen bolts( not sure what they are called) is stripped. Is there any specific replacement that I should use? Or should I call aem and get the replacments?

the 92-95 civic dx and lx do not come with the wires/pins for vtec. all you have to do is go to the junk yard and get an extra female harness and get the pins out... I have some if you want to wait a couple of days....

One quick thing is that most places power wash the motors to clean them up so they look pretty for you. So the sensors get wet and stay wet utill you unplug them and let them dry out.. also I may be wrong but you may need to get the throttle cable before you crank it up.... The butterfly valve...
