You're not going to get more power by just throwing in an ecu from a different car, and there's not really any cheap computer upgrade that you can do in the meantime to get more power. You can get your car tuned with a VAFC or some other kind of tuning device or software, but you'll just have to get it re-done once you go turbo.

If you're not going to boost right now then just leave it alone.
