Hey i was wondering how fast an ls swaped completely gutted crx would run
lmao i hope not
ummm....why not? my friends tuned gsr in his eg hatch with i/h/e ran a consistent 14.6.
if it's a bone stock ls swap, 14.8 is pretty respectable.
god that just dont sound right, a bone stock rsxs does it faster than that. so i figured those should be at least in the 13s
well, he probably isn't that great at launching and will have shitty tires. at least the rsx has lsd. i was being conservative so he didn't go out there and be all mad cause the HS guys told him faster than what he ran.
13's in an ls....no way.... K20's in lighter chassies (eg's) run mid-high 13's on street tires & high 12's - low 13's on drag radials... the new civic si's are running mid 14's... depending on how much shit & how well the driver drives, will determine wheather the time will drop or raise..... for an LS i would think low 15's to high 14's would be expectible
yea i see what you mean but the rsx dont have lsd thats just the type r
if your car runs a 13 with a stock LS motor Ill buy it, name your price...
Transmission will make a difference too. The LS tranny sucks. Long gears. Might be ok for a boosted motor but if we're talking a bone stock LS swap a B16 or GSR tranny would definitely help a lot.
