1.5 Intake options

Hi guys, I just bought a 91 3dr dx. It has the crappy 1.5 in it. I was wondering if there is any oem intake manifold that will work on the motor besides the original. Perhaps the si model intake? Although its rated at its peak hp and tq up high in the rpm range it feels like it hits a brick wall at 5k. I was just wondering if there is any intake swaps out there. Does anyone know how well this motor responds to mods? Any advices or opinions would be very appreciated!

www.google.com and look up mpfi swap. You will need to switch the dpfi off and put a multiport fuel injection on. The dpfi is crappy, not that engine. You will have to change the manifold, distributor, ecu and some of the wiring harness with SI/EX parts.
