1988 crx...rust hot spots?

hey, i have a 88 crx dx that i'm trying to decide to junk or fix up. I know some cars have hot spots for rust, and mine is rusting out a little around the rear wheelwell(like just about anything else on the planet), but thats easy enough to fix. i was just wondering if there are any other important less obvious trouble spots like spring pockets....etc... that i need to look out for. thanks
 
If you have those rubber strips that run in the wheel well in the rear take them off they are usually responsible for the rust. Check the floor underneath too my friend has the same year crx and it has a rust hole in the floor and you can see the ecu!! We are taking care of that though.
 
Mine came from NY, rusted all around the wheel arches in back, on the bottom of the doors and behind the windshield (I had it replaced, thats how I found it).
