1993 honda del sol turbo build

i just got a d16y8 block , trying to turbo it i have a t3t4 turbo and everything i need for the turbo . i just need a list on a turbo block build without boring it out . im trying to get as much hp as i can outta the block and as much psi it can take withut blowing . for the head i have a d16z6 vtec head with stage 3 cam any ideas?? i wanna stay under 1500 on the parts thanks

so this my d16z6 vtec turbo build tell me how it looks thanks . trying to get close to 350 400
runing a t3t4 57 trim turbo

- vitara pistons.stock bor
-Eagle Rods
- acl brarings
-king main bearings
-arp head studs
-honda head gasket
-skunk 2 manifold
-omni power 70mm throttlebody
-what size injectors??
-2.5 senser what kind?
-aem cam gear
-blox fule regalter
-walbror 255 fule pump
-stage 4 clutch
-p28 what should it be tuned on?
- block gaurd??

i also just got a blox stage 3 cam . what kinda vavles and such should i get
so my head can handel it ??
