1994 Honda Civic 1.6 V-tec. Wont Start With New Battery Anbd Good Tested Alternator. Problem Occured When Lights Left On. Attempted To Jump Start With Cables. Cables Incorrectly Hooked Up. Neg Cable To Positive Post. Could This Have Blown A Relay?

look under the dash in the fuse box. there will be an 80 amp fuse labled "Battery" that will probably need changed
