7ATransmission works when engine first started, But after a short time a minute or so, the transmission quits working. Engine revs but car doesn't move.
If I disconnect the battery to reset the TCM, The transmission will work and then. quit again.
I checked both temp sensors and thermostat in boiling water and they seem to work. I also swapped out the lock up solenoids with a pair from a used transmission. Nothing changed. I haven't swapped out the shift solenoids yet.
Anyone have any ideas, what the problem might be? TCM, Sensors or the transmission itself?
I picked up a used trasmission, But didn't want to put it in till I knew that it is the problem.
1994 Integra with a B18B1 with 4 speed automatic (MP7A) 185000 miles.
