    Note....this is just my opinion.....

No aftermarket bumpers...please. Look into front and rear lips.
Leave them black (cuz you'll probably scrap them and painting them would just suck then).

Paint color: I prefer tons of good body prep and a clean color that is somewhere close to a OEM color (maybe a little bit more flake or pearl)

Unless you build Honda motors and can have a spare bottom end ready to go at all times, I would not run any Frankenstein motor. (but $$ can always tell my opinion to shut the Eff up)

im not looking to really buy an aftermarket bumper, but i need a replacement because the one i have has a crack.. thanks for the imput about the lips, that makes alot of sense never looked at it like that.. as for color i want something with a little bit of gloss to it. ill save up for the b16 motor so i can have something that will last. i live in los angeles so i am going tro need to invest in as very good alarm so that i can make it as hard as possible to have my car stolen.

If it's put together well by someone who knows what they're doing then it should be fine...

    Pros and cons.

B16 - good on power. lsd transmission with short gears. 1700 for full swap Minimum
B18b - great torque, good for turbo later, non lsd transmission but better gas miledge and better for turbo build. 800 min for full swap
B18c - Amazing motor, lsd transmission with short gears, 2300 MIN for full swap
H22/H23 - great power, lsd trans and gas saver trans available, wiring a bit funny but not too hard h22 with lsd min 2700, h23 non lsd 1600 min PLUS mounts and axels for 400 at cheapest
F22/F23 - Single cam, cast iron block good for turbo, gas saver tranns available out of accord, Plentiful, wiring about the same, about the same power as b16, same mounts axles as h22/h23 (400) min cost for swap 600 plus extras
J30/J32/J35 - V6 in a civic??? great power, though manuals are rare and type s LSD even more rare. Wiring is a pain, need a custom hood, Custom wiring (most J series are automatic and will throw a code with a manual) avg auto build 2500, manual buid 3700, type s manual 4500.....

Now, ls vtecs can handle turbo, just get a hondata and tune it a little. ls vtecs can also last just as long ans any stock ls... as long as the oil lines are ran properly and engine is maintained.

** Note** you can use the 5th gear out of an ls in a gsr/b16 transmission for a gas saver on the highway.

    i believe thats it...

I would question some of your LSD and pricing assessments...
