I have a 90 civic hatch with obd0 b16 swap and im having some bad hesitation problems around 3200 to 4200 rpm's.....and I have a dc 4-1 header and have no cat, i have 2 o2 sensor's right in to pipe after the header, the sensor's are right next to each other. Could that be causing the hesitation problem and is there a way I can splice both o2's into one and just have 1 o2......

Yes just run both wires coming from the ECU to the one O2 sensor all though I don't think that it's the cause of your hesistaion problem but try it and see what happens. I have THREE O2's on my B16 EF. Two for the stock and I have the third wired up to my A/F Ratio gauge this way my gauge has it's own sensor instead of piggy backing it. But try it. Just take the two wires from the ECU and splice them into one sensor.
