    Heres what's the swap:

2000 Civic Si, with a built 2000 Integra Type R engine
    Head is ported and polished,
    Crower rods,
    JE pistons
    Skunk 2 stage 2 cams,
    REV Valves springs and retainers,
    skunk 2 intake manifold,
    Act flywheel,
RPS six puck sprung hub clutch,
    AEM cam gears,
    AEM fuel rail,
    STR cam seal,
    K2 cold air intake,
    throttle body spacer,
    DC sports 4-1 headers,
    APC catback exhaust system

    Problems are:

    1: Misfires all 4
2: When I hit right about where my v-tec should kick in, 5500 rpm's in any gear engine feels/sounds like it want's to die, if I keep on the gas in that gear it'll sloooooooooooooooowly build up to where I can just about redline and if I do that in 1st - 4th I can get a good run cause it'll keep my rpm's high so they don't drop below 6000 but once I hit 100mph in 5th it just stays there.
3: cruise control not working, the cruise control lights come on but it won't engage

Check your timing belt. Sounds like you are off at least a tooth.
