30-35 psi Turbo?

I am looking for a turbo system that will be able to produce 30-35 psi. What turbo system out there will do that for me? The goals for the car at the end is around 450-500HP if you guys have any suggestions please advise. PM whatever just get it to me thank you. I am thinking possibly a Garrett T04Z its got the flow capability of 700HP.

50 extra horsepower gain can be seen running a conservative 6.5 psi.

With optional upgrades such as an intercooler, additional boost, and a higher volume fuel system, the T517Z turbo in a fully tuned setup has the potential to produce up to 400hp.
