3G suspension Question

I would like to know how to change the rear bushings on a 3G civic as i got some uprated one but i do not know how the old bushing come out.
Do i have to distroy them to get them out
or is there a professional way to do this

Most of the time, it's the age that makes us cut them out. They should be able to pop out as much as a new car.

But pretty much the age is going to screw you on all of these bits.
