Alright i have an 89' Civic DX w/B16
Now i have a problem, since my car is a DX i have no tach.
So is it possible to take my speedo and odometer out of my DX cluster and swap the KPH side on an SiR cluster.
and
if someone can link me to a recent post about how to swap a cluster out of a 99-00 Si into a 4th Gen. Then all i would have to do is change the miles to my current milage on the car.
i would prefer one of the two options above because where i work isn't all that safe, and a bolt on tach might bring unwanted attention to my car.
:and yes i do know its illegal to tamper with these components, but its more illegal not to have them at all, or have the milage rolled back:
or if someone has a illuminated, smaller tach (less than 5") w/mounting bracket for sell for cheap ($100 shipped) i might be intrested. i would prefer an A'pexi that i've seen, but i cant afford it right now and this will only be a temp.
