5 speed to automatic

I got a great deal on a 99 Integra that was a theft recovery. The motor, trans., axles, ecu are gone. I have also found a great deal on another integra with everything I need but its a automatic and I was wonder what issue I would run in to putting a automatic tranny in a 5 speed car? I will of course be swapping it to a 5 speed down the road but the parts car is just such a good deal I can not pass it up. If anyone knows what kind of problems I would run it to please let me know.

I wouldn't even mess with it. Skip the parts car and just buy an engine/tranny/ecu for your shell...

yea I think that what I am going to do I just could not pass up the deal it is a 99 gsr super sonic blue pearl with red 17s with polish lip eibach springs and omg is it clean, and I am picking it up for 800
