88 crx si b18a swap bad idle

ok so i swapped my crx today, and all is good except when i plug in my eacv i get an idle around 3500 rpms..... unplugged it and it idles lower, but terrible. i am not sure what i need to do, i would like someone to tell me to go get a new eacv ant that will fix it lol, any help would be much apreciated

Maybe take it off and clean it? Carb cleaner is what ive always heard. If you do that make sure you dont lose the rubber gasket thats on there. and let it dry out before you put it back on. Just 2 10mm bolts if i remember right.

i have cleaned it, but the o ring wasnt there to begin with.... sprayed that area while car was running, no leaks found.

I believe you can put 12v and ground to the eacv to test if it pops or not. Im at work now, i can check the manual when i get to to see for sure.
