is it possible got motor in but no power im using the 92 harness and theres a plug that comes off motor that cant identify

you can use a 88 engine in a Civic 92 sip, .. just move the Distribuitor of 92 to motor 88 civic .... and a motor 92 in a vehicle 88 also using Distribuitor only 88 in the engine 92 is easy
