I have a 89' civic and i was wondering what motor i could put in it. i would like to put a v tec in it but i don't want to change anything to major. if anyone out there that knows some stuff about this and i could talk some more bout this and my 89' accord please email me back. thx

slap a d16z6 head on your stock block in the civic and wire up vtec. and get a p28 ecu and 0bd0 to obd1 jumper. you will need to wire in the obd1 injectors too. and maybe the distributor also..

how many miles are on the car ? it might not like the d16z6 head with an old worn bottom end, id personally go zc if I was sticking with d series
