89 honda civic timing

i have a 89 honda civic si 16v 1.6L (not a v-tec). i rebuit the engine and the book said to use a jumper wire to set the timeing but i can not find the wires to jump does anyone know were to find the wires

cam timing or ignition timing?

cam timing is done with a timing light on the timing belt by turning the distribtor..
ignition timing cannot be moddified on a stock computer.

sorry , cam timeing ( use timing light) on the pulley there is a red dot. there are three marks but intil i find the jumper the marks are off. the piston is set @ tdc and the cam pulley is where the up is at top and the two marks are on both side of the valve cover. i have got it close but when it is cold and the choke is on it misses just a little has a little hes. when it is warm run ok.
